Chronologically speaking, born in 2013-14 Debnarayan Shiksha Sansthan B.Ed. College  is yet to grow out of its toddling infancy although academically speaking it has already acquired excellence, alacrity and flamboyance of youth. DNSS is affiliated to the W.B.U.T.T.E.P.A and recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. The Institute offers two year regular formal Pre-Service and In-Service B.Ed course for  Fresher candidates as well as Teacher candidates under the W.B.U.T.T.E.P.A
DNSS has taken worthy steps to set up the platform with a view to bridging the gap between demand and supply of well trained effective classroom teachers . The prime objective is to produce and prepare new generation of teachers so that the students studying at Post graduate levels are equipped with methodical and scientific learning in terms of desirable academic experiences. The college has been set up exclusively for conducting B.Ed course. Its merits are highly qualified teaching faculty and truly committed support staff. The mission and vision of Deb Narayan Shiksha Sansthan (B.Ed & D.El.Ed)College is to raise the standard of the college to a centre of excellence for conducting teacher education programmes for those who intend to be teachers by choice, gain professional mobility by way of undergoing higher studies and researches in Education and thereby take to various fields of Technology of Education, Teacher Education, School Education in terms of Administration, Planning, Supervision and the like.
