The Two day Faculty Development programme organized by Debnarayan Shiksha Sansthan B.Ed & D.El.Ed college , Natagachhi, Sonarpur at the seminar hall on 7^th and 8^th December ‘ 2018.  The Programme started at 10:30 hrs  with the lighting of lamp by Mr. Narayan Debnath, Secretary of the Institution and Mr. Debasis Bhattacharya , Head of the Department  of D.El.Ed and Mr. Sanjit Halder , Teacher-in –charge of B.Ed. Mr. Debasis Bhattacharya explained the Utility of the programme with illustration.

On 7^th December, the much celebrated , acclaimed  & notable person professor Amarnath Ghosh , Ex rice Principal of Jadavpur Vidyapith college of  education , bestowed his rightus thoughts . His invaluable Guidance in improving our teaching  career is truely undeniable . he has stated learning design in a lucid form for explaining it to our students. In ribrance manner  he has explained  the concept of  Teacher and the concerned role of a teacher . the English to Bengali explanation of a particular word is also very colourful. Overall we had an enriching  session.

After the grand and eloquent speeches  of  professor  Amarnath Ghosh , On 8^th of December we again got mesmerised with the much eminent  and  righteous person  Prof  (Dr) Debasis Banerjee’s  much dependable guidance. Prof. Dr. Debasis Banerjee  delivered her lecture on” Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Banking” as well as on “ Educating Adult Learners” . her way of teaching gave us a new perspective on how to teach B.Ed students with out educating ourselves  will not give any benefit. For betterment of our institution , we have to channelize our emotion in a way so that relationship among students , staff and administrators grow in a better way.
